【摘要】:ThispartofISO16634specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthetotalnitrogencontentandthecalculationofcrudeproteincontentofoilseedsandanimalfeedingstuffs.Thismethod,liketheKjeldahlmethod,doesnotdistinguishbetweenproteinnitrogenandnon-proteinnitrogen.Forthecalculationofproteincontent,variousconversionfactorsareused(seeAnnexD).Thismethodisnotapplicabletomilkandmilkproducts,forwhichamethodisspecifiedinISO14891IDF185.
