【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesperformanceandmechanicalrequirementsforclampsusedtoprovidemechanicallyandelectricallysoundmeansofearthingand/orbonding,whichareprimarilyintendedforuseinelectricalinstallationsfortheconnectionof:a)earthingconductors,havingacross-sectionalareaintherange2.5mm2to70mm2,toearthelectroderodsorothermeansofearthing;b)bondingconductorstometaltubesofcircularcross-sectionthathavecircumferencesofnotlessthan18.8mm(i.e.diametersofnotlessthan6mm).NOTE1Theseclampsarealsosuitableforelectricallybondingotherconductiveparts,whereatleastoneisatubeofcircularcross-section.Suchclampsarenotintendedforconnectiontothearmourorsheathofacable.NOTE2Clampsspecifiedinthisstandardareintendedtobeusedsingly.NOTE3Thereisnocorrelationbetweenthesizeoftheconductorwhichtheclampconductorcanaccommodateandthesizeoftubetowhichitisintendedtobefitted.
