【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesperformancecriteriafortheselectionofmethodsofanalysisoftraceelementsinfoodstuffs.Itprovidesgeneralconsiderationsaboutthespecialrequirementsonsamplepreparation,apparatus,equipmentandreagentsfortraceelementsanalysis.Inselectingamethodofanalysisforaspecificfoodmatrix,theanalystshouldgivepreferencetoanymethodwhichhasbeendevelopedbytheappropriateverticalTechnicalCommitteeratherthanusingamethodwhichhasbeendevelopedbythehorizontalTechnicalCommitteeCEN/TC275/WG10.Howeveritistheresponsibilityoftheana-lysttodeterminewhetheranapplicableverticalstandardhasbeenpublished.
