【摘要】:Thisstandarddefinestheinterdisciplinarytasksthatarerequiredthroughoutasystem’slifecycletotransformstakeholderneeds,requirements,andconstraintsintoasystemsolution.Thisstandardisintendedtoguidethedevelopmentofsystemsforcommercial,government,military,andspaceapplications.Theinformationappliestoaprojectwithinanenterprisethatisresponsiblefordevelopingaproductdesignandestablishingthelifecycleinfrastructureneededtoprovideforlifecyclesustainment.Thisstandardspecifiestherequirementsforthesystemsengineeringprocess(SEP)anditsapplicationthroughouttheproductlifecycle.Itdoesnotattempttodefinetheimplementationofeachsystemlifecycleprocess,butaddressestheissuesassociatedwithdefiningandestablishingsupportivelifecycleprocessesearlyandcontinuouslythroughoutproductdevelopment.Inaddition,thestandarddoesnotaddressthemanyculturalorqualityvariablesthatshouldbeconsideredforsuccessfulproductdevelopment.Thestandardfocusesontheengineeringactivitiesnecessarytoguideproductdevelopmentwhileensuringthattheproductisproperlydesignedtomakeitaffordabletoproduce,own,operate,maintain,andeventuallytodisposeof,withoutunduerisktohealthortheenvironment.Therequirementsofthisstandardareapplicabletonewproductsaswellasincrementalenhancementstoexistingproducts.Itappliestoone-of-a-kindproducts,suchasasatellite,aswellasproductsthataremassproducedfortheconsumermarketplace.Therequirementsofthisstandardshouldbeselectivelyappliedforeachspecificsystem-developmentproject.TheroleofsystemsengineeringwithintheenterpriseenvironmentisdescribedinAnnexA.Thecontentofthisstandarddescribesanintegratedapproachtoproductdevelopment,whichrepresentsthetotaltechnicaleffortforthefollowing:a)Understandingtheenvironmentsandtherelatedconditionsinwhichtheproductmaybeutilizedandforwhichtheproductshouldbedesignedtoaccommodateb)Definingproductrequirementsintermsoffunctionalandperformancerequirements,qualityfactors,usability,producibility,supportability,safety,andenvironmentalimpactsc)Definingthelifecycleprocessesformanufacturing,test,distribution,support,training,anddisposal,whicharenecessarytoprovidelifecyclesupportforproducts
