【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaproceduretodeterminetheslumpflowofself-consolidatingconcreteinthelaboratoryorthefield.Thistestmethodisusedtomonitortheconsistencyoffresh,unhardenedself-consolidatingconcreteanditsunconfinedflowpotential.Itisdifficulttoproduceself-consolidatingconcretethatisbothflowableandnonsegregatingusingcoarseaggregateslargerthan25mm[1in.].Therefore,thistestmethodisconsideredapplicabletoself-consolidatingconcretehavingcoarseaggregateupto25mm[1in.]insize.AppendixX1providesnon-mandatoryvisualratingcriteriathatmaybeusedtoclassifytheabilityofaself-consolidatingconcretemixturetoresistsegregation(stability).Therateatwhichtheconcretespreadsisrelatedtoitsviscosity.AppendixX1providesanon-mandatoryprocedurethatmaybeusedtoprovideanindicationofrelativeviscosityofself-consolidatingconcretemixtures.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofslumpflowofself-consolidatingconcrete.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(WARNINGFreshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)
